We offer travel protection plans, travel assistance services, providing assistance in situations such as travel emergencies, and other travel related products and services. For the purposes of this Privacy Policy, references to “AXA Partners” or “AXA” or “we” or “us” or “our” will refer to AXA Assistance USA, Inc. “You” or “your” will refer to the persons whose personal data is handled (also referred to as “process”, “processing” or “processed” in this Privacy Policy) as part of the services provided by AXA.   

By providing your personal information or the personal information of someone else, you acknowledge that we may use it in the ways set out in this Privacy Policy. Please bring this Privacy Policy to the attention of anyone where you are acting on their behalf.
