AXA Partners launches “Real Life Stories,” an international campaign highlighting how it supports customers overcome challenging situations

AXA Partners, a global player in assistance service, travel insurance and credit and lifestyle protection today launched the second episode of “Real Life Stories,” a series showcasing the company’s work to help customers overcome significant challenges.  

This latest episode focuses on the story of Baby Ian, who was born prematurely while his parents were travelling in the United States. They needed immediate assistance to identify and secure medical care. AXA Partners supported the family throughout, including the coordination of the repatriation back to the United Kingdom. 

It was amazing to have the team from AXA Partners taking care of everything while we were focusing on our baby Ian. The events could have been a disaster, but in the end, it went well because a lot was taken care of by AXA Partners. Today our son is happy and healthy thanks to the AXA Partners agents.”

Throughout the series, launched in November 2023, AXA Partners is reconstructing real events with direct testimonies from its customers. Every day, AXA Partners’ assistance agents across the globe handle 80,000 customer calls, from simple cases, such as assisting them with the replacement of a flat tyre, to more complex and emergency situations, be it at home or while traveling. The series highlights AXA Partners’ assistance agents and showcases their unwavering commitment to providing care and assistance to their customers through listening and nurturing the relationships during their most vulnerable moments. This is all underpinned by the effective management of a global network of medical professionals and providers to help and protect their customers anytime, anywhere.
